These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between Xtreme Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our") and you ("the Client") when you book any of our cleaning services. By booking a service with us, you are agreeing to these terms, so please take a moment to read through them. If you have any questions at all, we are always happy to chat.
We provide professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard floor cleaning, driveway and patio cleaning, gutter cleaning, commercial cleaning, and pressure washing services. All work is carried out to the specifications agreed with you at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to alter or decline a service if, upon arrival, the condition of the property or the items to be cleaned differs significantly from the description you provided when booking. In such cases, we will always discuss the situation with you and agree on the best way forward before proceeding.
Payment for all services is due in full upon completion of the work. We accept the following methods of payment:
If you have any questions about pricing before your appointment, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to provide a clear, upfront quote.
When you book an appointment, you agree to provide us with access to the property at the scheduled date and time. Please make sure someone is available to let us in and that the areas to be cleaned are reasonably accessible.
If we are unable to gain access to the property as arranged, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our travel and lost time. We understand that things come up, so if you know there may be an issue, just let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to work something out.
We completely understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and there will be no charge at all.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. This helps us manage our schedule fairly for all of our customers.
We take real pride in our work and always aim for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know straight away, ideally before our team leaves the property, and we will do everything we can to put it right.
Any concerns or feedback about the service must be raised within 24 hours of the work being completed so that we can address them promptly.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear, or staining to carpets, upholstery, flooring, or the property itself. Before we begin any work, we will always carry out a visual assessment and point out anything we think you should be aware of.
That said, we treat every property and every item with the utmost care. We are fully insured for any damage caused directly by our staff during the course of carrying out our services, giving you complete peace of mind.
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you share with us will only ever be used for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you about your booking.
